What this website collects

The pages of this website contain no advertising, analytics or tracking scripts of our own, and we do not set cookies of our own. As with any website, the server that delivers the pages records technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested in routine logs. If the hosting service adds its own measurement or cookie notices, those are governed by that service’s notices.

How the enquiry form works

This website is not connected to a mail server or a form service, and the form does not transmit what you type. When you press the button, the page only prepares a message for your own email application or WhatsApp, in your browser. Nothing is sent to us until you press Send there. If a form service is connected later, we will update this notice to say which one and what it receives.

Sending documents

The form cannot receive attachments. If you send documents, you do so by email to [email protected], and they travel by your own email provider. Project documents you share are treated as confidential to the purpose they were sent for.

How we use information

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and to carry out any engineering work you ask us to do. We do not sell personal information.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed for the enquiry or the resulting contract, and for any period the law or the contract requires. You can ask us to correct or delete your details by writing to [email protected].

The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp’s service under its own terms and privacy policy.
