What this website collects

The pages of this website contain no advertising, analytics or tracking scripts of our own. The hosting platform (Wix) may add its own scripts, for example for analytics or cookie consent, according to the settings of the site owner’s account; those are governed by the platform’s own notices. If you submit the enquiry form or write to us, we receive the details you provide: your name, company, work email, optional phone number and the project summary.

How the enquiry form works

Until the form is connected to a mail service, it prepares a message for your own email application or WhatsApp. Nothing is sent to us until you press Send there. When a form service is connected, the details you enter are transmitted to that service and delivered to us. We will update this notice with the provider’s name at that time.

How we use information

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and to carry out any engineering work you ask us to do. We do not sell personal information. Project documents you share are treated as confidential to the purpose they were sent for.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed for the enquiry or the resulting contract, and for any period the law or the contract requires. You can ask us to correct or delete your details by writing to [email protected].
